Forgotten Username

If you have forgotten your username, you can request it with an SMS message to your mobile phone.

Prerequisites to use this feature are:

• You have already set a mobile number for password reset in your IDM profile.
• It is not a secondary account.
• You have a matriculation number, a workforce ID, or an activation code.
